in winter the number of germs increase and while in summer the number of germs decrease due to heat
$The germs enters in our blood)

abirranjan7: but is there any relation between germs and pain due to wounds??
Prashik11: yes, the germs need our blood, protein, etc for their growth.

It's a combined effect,

acutely the cold- reduces lubrication in the joint surface, dries out the skin, decreases the blood volume in the limbs, slows reaction time, and slows the healing/inflammation response. Plus in the winter there is an increased chance to slip on water/ice which is pretty painful. This has a limit obviously - at a certain point you become too cold to really feel anything.
