If we bound a insulated wire on soft iron core and passes electricity than it supposed to be a electromagnet .similarly if we will bound hard iron or chromium or any
alloy and will pass the electricity will it become a bar magnet?

Yes, it will act as a electromagnet but due to the resistance of alloys, their magnetic strength will be very low.

No, it will not be a bar magnet but It can work as a electromagnet (temporary).
