if we cut humans tongue it will grow or not

Human tongue develop from outgrowth of pharnygeal arches formed at 4th week of life in the womb. Tongue is predominantly muscular and it directs the food while chewing and articulate while speaking. Tongue do not grow when it is cut or injured. There are some organs which grows when they are chopped off but medically speaking they doesnt grow instead the left part increases in size and try to compensate for the 'lost' part.
