Set of integers excluding zero are ....... -3, -2, -1, 1, 2, 3, ........These numbers are not closed under division as the quotient of two integers may not be a integer. If a and b are two integers, a/b may not be an integer.

No they'll not be closed under division
One example = -2divided by -3 = -2/-3
-2/-3 is not an integer
Thus integers are not closed under division
