(Example- 3/2 , 7/2)
Can we multiply 2 with both?
Is it the same?

if you divide same no like

3/2 + 7/2 = 3/2 + 2/7 = 3/7

if you reciprocal it like

then multiply with 2 with both like

2/2 x 3/7 = 6/14
