If we get vaccinated in childhood,the body develops antibiotics early and is ready for infection later. Then why do we get sick ever again?

We get vaccinated in childhood, our body develops antibiotics and gets ready for infection later. We still get sick because those antibiotics are given for big infections like POLIO. Normal fever can never get it's antibiotics ready.

See...vaccines are only made to fight for one disease like malaria and so on.. remember that one vaccine can’t work and fight all type of disease. One vaccine is made for one particular type of disease. If we get vaccinated, it means our body is ready to fight for ONLY one disease. If we take vaccine made for corona, it means we will be cured for corona but not for other diseases...
