if we go up in the atmosphere,we feel hot but
mountains are so high as much they touch the sky,even though if we go up on the mountains,we feel so cool
why this difference happens
please help me by answering this question

when we go up in the air we feel hot because we feel the hotness of sun and if we go on cool mountains we feel so cool bexause mountains are so cool but we also feel harsh on high cold mountains. and it is the exact answer that i have told you
