Find the molar mass of water = 18g/mol

Find the number of moles of water in 27g

= 27/18 = 1.5 moles

Multiply 1.5 by 2 and Avagadro number (since formula of water is H₂O) to get no. of hydrogen atoms

Multiply 1.5 by Avagadro number to get no. of oxygen atoms

1.5 x 6.022 x 2 = 18.066 x 10²³ atoms of H

1.5 x 6.022 = 9.033 x 10²³ atoms of O
