If we have a solvent like say water and we start to add solute in it until all the void or intermolecular space is filled. So will the state of matter change? Coz if all the itermolecular space is filled then according to the physical properties of matter if there is no space between molecules then it's a solid. If the state doesn't change then why?

even though if the all the space is filled they are loosely packed and which leads to a bit space between the molecules
