If no other charge exists between them,
then both will be attracted equally.
Since F = kQq / r²
Magnitude of both charges are taken into consideration, so both will be attracted with the same force.
That is the law.
They are attracted equally.
The force is affected only when there is change in product of two charges that is qQ as a whole.
Here whether u check it from +4q or from -q the product 4q^2 remains the same
So same force exists.
