Question

if we heat water with covering the container than water evaporates and we can see water on covering pan but if we heat milk then the milk should be on covered pan but why not this​

its just because of the difference in the boiling point of the 2 that is milk and water

because the some air are present inside a covered pan . while heating the oxygen is convert into a water vapour that are present . this is happen when we burn the milk in the pan. so ......
