no,the egg of the hen will not allow the himan sperm to fertilize as the hard shell of the hen egg would not be penetrated by sperm and having a short lifetime the sperm would die inside the hens body.

shell cannot be seoerated inside the body of hen because without shell the constituents of egg will be digested by the hens body.
