Why r we always so afraid to make a mistake ?

We learn from our mistakes only when others point it out and sometimes we even get scoldings, warnings and thrashings.We even lose the opportunities that come our way.So we are afraid of mistakes.

before learning we used afraid of that mistake to be done by us but now when we learn from that mistake our fear doesn't go it stay with us. now what u have to do is to look at the fear
