if we rubb our hand ut get heated. am I right?
when we put water into jaar then It also get rubbed why it didn't get heated??? plz answer this

The heat generated due to friction between our palms increase the temperature of our palms.

But if keep rubbing, the excess heat gets lost to surrounding air.
