Answer: Yes, I'm agreed with your statement because fear is nothing but our imaginary problems in the mind.

If we face go to through that fear then we realize it was nothing but just an illusion.

If we try to hide or avoid fear then that illusion creates a seed of being in the state of frighten. As much as the person avoids it, It grows more and more.
