if we take concave and convex lenses and place a convex lens and focus it on the focus of a concave lens a pass light from either sides what would the result be?

Then there will be production of the image at infinity.

Explanation

  • this is because when the convex lens is at a distance of the focal point of the concave lens the resultant  light will fall on the principal axis of the concave lens.
  • then the rays will move away from each other due to the refraction at the concave lens. hence there will be production of the image at infinity. This is because of the separation of the rays of light after refraction at the surface of the concave lens.
