If we take salt solution and sugar solution and heat both the mixtures, we get salt back but cannot get sugar back. Why?

because in boiling salt is melted and can be formed solid but during boiling sugar is not melted but it is decomposed so we don't get the sugar back

nirmalsamannan: The solution is said to be supersaturated with sugar when heated up to higher temperature. Supersaturation is an unstable state. The sugar molecules will begin to crystallize back into a solid at the least provocation. Stirring or jostling of any kind can cause the sugar to begin crystallizing, if you over cross the provocation it will become black silt or black soot .eg making of candy and jaggery is the good example...

the salt is melted I water but it evaporates...but the sugar does not melt in water and is decomposed...that's the reason salt can be got back but not sugar
