If we touch a phase line standing on earth, why current will not from earth to phase line? ​

The current will not pass the line because the earth itself absorbs the excess current and thus regulate the current flow..... it is just like a balloon filled with water when fall in plan get stretched and prevent the water leak by spreading its walls
