if we touch electric wire why we get shock​

when we touch electric wire we get salt because we are good conductor of electricity because of the presence of salt in our body and impure water this make us more conductive but generally we see that electrician work with circuit appliance by wearing sleeper because it break the earthing so that less amount of current flow

so there must be earthing necessary to flow of current in body

Because earth have magnetic effect which pulls the electricity towards it. And our body is good conducter of electricity.  So earth takes humans body help to pull electricity.  So we get shock.
