If we write deoxyribose nucleic acid instead of deoxyribonucleic acid, is it wrong?

Yes it will be marked as wrong as scientists gave an acid a name upon it's properties and features. If written wrong, surely marks will be cut.
And by the way there is no such acid called deoxyribose nucleic acid .
Only acid is deoxyribonucleic acid,
