Given:

x = -1/2

y = 1/3

To find:

 \frac{3x + 2y}{3x - 2y}

Solution:

We will substitue the values of x and y

 \frac{3 \times  \frac{ - 1}{2} + 2 \times  \frac{1}{3}  }{3 \times  \frac{ - 1}{2}  - (2 \times  \frac{1}{3}) }

 =  >  \frac{  \frac{ - 3}{2} +  \frac{2}{3}  }{ \frac{ - 3}{2}  - ( \frac{2}{3})}  \\  \\ =  >   \frac{ \frac{ - 9 + 4}{6} }{  \frac{ - 9 - 4}{6} } \: ({cross \: multiplying})  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{ - 5}{ - 13}   \\ \\  =  >  \frac{5}{13}

I hope its correct and it will help you
