since -1/3 is zero
hence
p(-1 /3)= 27*(-1/3)^3- a(-1/3)^2-(-1/3)+3
or 0 = -1-(a/9)+(1/3)+3
or 0= (7/3)-(a/9)
or a/9= 7/3
or a =21
hope it helped :)

Answer:

-1/3 is zero

hence

p(-1 /3)= 27*(-1/3)^3- a(-1/3)^2-(-1/3)+3

or 0 = -1-(a/9)+(1/3)+3

or 0= (7/3)-(a/9)

or a/9= 7/3

or a =21
