 Given \: (x+1), 3x\:and\: (4x+2) \:are \: first \\three \: terms \: of \: A.P

 First \:term (a) = (x+1)

 Common \: differnce (d) \\= a_{2} - a_{1} \\= 3x - (x+1) \\= 3x - x - 1 \\= 2x - 1

 We \: know \: that , \\\boxed { \pink { n^{th} \:term (a_{n}) = a + (n-1)d }}

 5^{th} \: term (a_{5}) \\= a + (5-1)d \\= a + 4d \\= (x+1) + 4(2x-1) \\= x + 1 + 8x - 4 \\= 9x - 3

Therefore.,

 \red { 5^{th} \: term \: of \: A.P} \green {= 9x - 3 }
