x =  \frac{1}{5 + 2 \sqrt{6} }

 \frac{5 - 2 \sqrt{6} }{(5 + 2 \sqrt{6)} (5 - 2 \sqrt{6)} }

 \frac{5 - 2 \sqrt{6} }{25 - 24}  = 5 - 2 \sqrt{6}  = x

putting the value of x in equation

 {(5 - 2 \sqrt{6)} }^{2}  - 10(5 - 2 \sqrt{6)}  + 1

 = 25 + 24 - 20 \sqrt{6}  - 50 + 20 \sqrt{6}  + 1

 = 40 \sqrt{6}

plz follow and thank
