x=-1 and -2 are roots of the equation
put the values to get
-1 +3 +3a+b =0
3a+b =-2
and
-8 + 12 +6a+b=0
6a + b =-4
solving both equations
3a=-2
a=-2/3
b=-2-3(-2/3)=4
put the values to get

and
