-2+a-2b+1=0
a-2b=1
2a-3b=4
(a-2b=1)×3
(2a-3b=4)×2
3a-6b=3
4a-6b=8
on subtracting
-a=-5
a=5
3×5-6b=3
12=6b
b=2
hence the value of a,b is 5,2
