therefore, f(-1)=0;
substituting values,
b(-1)³+(-1)²-2(-1)+4b-9=0
-b+1+2+4b-9=0
3b-6=0
therefore b=2
therefore, f(-1)=0;
substituting values,
b(-1)³+(-1)²-2(-1)+4b-9=0
-b+1+2+4b-9=0
3b-6=0
therefore b=2
