Hey dear here is your answer!!!!!

___________________________

Since, x-1 is factor of mx²-√2x + 1 then x-1 = 0.

So, x=1

Replace the value in the equation.

m(1)² - √2(1) + 1=0

m-√2 +1 = 0

m=√2-1

m=0.41 (approx)
