$= > 5 {x}^{3} - m {x}^{2} + 7x - 4$

$= > 5( {1}^{3} ) - m( {1}^{2} ) + 7(1) - 4 = 0$

$= > 5 - m + 7 - 4 = 0$

=> m = 8 .
