If x-1/x= -1, find the value of x^2+1/x^2​

Answer: x-1/x= -1

= (x-1/x)^2 = (-1)^2

= x^2+1/x^2-2*x*1/x = 1

= x^2+1/x^2 - 2 = 1

= x^2+1/x^2 = 1+2

= x^2+1/x^2 = 3
