If x+1/x=10 then find the value of x²+1/x²

Plz help me.....

Put the value of x directly
sivahemanth71: we can do by squaring on both sides so (x+1/x)^2=100. x^2+1/x^2+2*x*(1/x)=100. x^2+1/x^2=98

x+1/x=10

10x=x+1

9x=1

x=1/9

Hence put value (1/9)²+1/(1/9)²

82/81/1/81

82/81*81
