Hola!!

{\underline{\bold{\red{Given:-}}}}

 \frac{x - 1}{x}  = 4 \\ x - 1 = 4x \\  - 1 = 3x \\ x =  \frac{ - 1}{3}

therefore we got the value of x,

then:

 \frac{x + 1}{x}  \\  \frac{ - 1}{3}  + 1 \div  \frac{ - 1}{3}  =  \frac{ - 1 + 3}{3} \div  \frac{ - 1}{3}    \\  \frac{2}{3}   \div  \frac{ - 1}{3}  \\ 2 \div  - 1 =  - 2

Answer is:

\boxed{-2}
