if x+1/x=4 then find the value of x^3+1/x^3

x +  \frac{1}{x}  = 4


Cube on both sides,



 = >  {x}^{3}  +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{3} }  + 3(x \times  \frac{1}{x} )( x +  \frac{1}{x} ) = 64 \\  \\  = >  {x}^{3}   +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{3} }  + 3(1)(4) = 64 \\  \\  = >  {x}^{3}   +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{3} }   = 6 4 - 12 \\  \\  {x}^{3}  +  \frac{1}{{x}^{3} }  = 52

Cubing both sides ,



( X + 1/X )³ = (4)³





X³ + 1/X³ + 3 × X × 1/X × ( X + 1/X ) = 64





X³ + 1/X³ + 3 × 4 = 64




X³ + 1/X³ = 52
