x+1/x=5
now
2x/(3x2-5x+3)
taking x common
we will get
2/(3x-5+3/x)
now
by rearranging
2/{(3(x+1/x)-5)}
putting the value
2/(15-5)=1/5

ans=1/5

Answer:

The value of \frac{2x}{3x^2-5x+3} is, \frac{1}{5}.

Step by step explanation:

As per the statement:

If x+\frac{1}{x}=5                    [1]

Find the value of:

\frac{2x}{3x^2-5x+3}

Divide numerator and denominator by x, we have;

\frac{\frac{2x}{x}}{\frac{3x^2-5x+3}{x}}

\frac{2}{3x-5+\frac{3}{x}}

\frac{2}{3(x+\frac{1}{x})-5}            .....[2]

Substitute the value of [1] into [2] we have;

\frac{2}{3(5)-5}

\frac{2}{15-5}=\frac{2}{10}=\frac{1}{5}

Therefore, the value of \frac{2x}{3x^2-5x+3} is, \frac{1}{5}.
