°•° a² + b² = (a + b) ² - 2ab
similarly
x² + 1/x² = ( x + 1/x)² - 2x×1/x
x² + 1/x² = 5² -2
x² + 1/x² = 23 --------2)
similarly.
(x²)² + (1/x²)² = (x² + 1/x² )² - 2x×1/x
x⁴ + 1/x⁴ = 529 - 2 {from 2nd }
x⁴ + 1/x⁴ = 527 Answer ✔
