=》 x + 1 /x = 5

x + 1 = 5x

1 = 5x - x

x = 1/4.

Substitute,

(1/4)^4 + (1/4)^4

=》 1/256 +1/ 256

=》 2/256

=》1/128

Answer =》1/128
