If the question is "if (x+1)/x=6, find sqrt of x", your answer is correct, but the way it is written X+1/X=6 can also mean X^2+X=6 :-)

x+1/x=6
x+1=6x
x=1/5
root of x=1/root5
x+1=6x
x=1/5
root of x=1/root5
