x +1 = 7x
x-7x = -1
-6x = -1
x = 1/6
(x^2 +1) ÷ x^2
= {1/6)^2 + 1} ÷( 1/16)^2
= {1/36 + 1} ÷ 1/36
= 37/36 × 36/1
= 37
