Hey !

Here is your answer !

_____________

➡[ x - 1 / x ]2 = x2 + 1 /x2 - 2

➡ [ 7 ]2 = x2 + 1 / x2 - 2

➡ 49 + 2 = x2 + 1 /x2

➡ 51 = x2 + 1 /x2

Now !

➡[x2 + 1 / x2 ]2 = x4 + 1 /x4 + 2

➡ [ 51 ]2 = x4 + 1 / x4 + 2

➡ 2601 - 2 = x4 + 1 / x4

➡2599 = x4 + 1 / x4

Hope it helps you !!!!

HELLO DEAR,

GIVEN THAT:-

x - 1/x = 7
∴ [ on squaring both side]

(x - 1/x)² = 7²

x² + 1/x² - 2*x*1/x = 49

(x² + 1/x²) = 49 + 2

(x² + 1/x²)² = 51²
∴[ on squaring both side]

x⁴ + 1/x⁴ + 2*x²*1/x² = 2601

(x⁴ + 1/x⁴) = 2601 - 2

(x⁴ + 1/x⁴) = 2599

I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR, THANKS ♥️
