Answer:

x+1x=2

(x+1x)2=22

x2+1x2+2=4

x2+1x2=2(1)

(x−1x)2=x2+1x2−2=2−2=0

(x−1x)=0

Heuristically,

x+1x=2

By observation, we come to know that above is possible for only x=1

(x−1x)=0

Step-by-step explanation:

x = 2 + 3 \sqrt{2}

after adding 14/x ->

3 \sqrt{2}  + 2 +  \frac{14}{x}

 =  >  \frac{x(3 \sqrt{2}) + 2x + 14 }{x}

 =  > \frac{3 \sqrt{2}x + 2x + 14 }{x}

Hope this will help you
