a x [2/3] sq + 7 x 2/3 + b = 0
4a/9 + 126 + 9b = 0
12a + 27b + 126 = 0
4a + 9b + 42 = 0 -----------------eq no 1

a[-3] sq + 7 x -3 + b =0
9a + b - 21 =0 ----------------------eq no 2

by eliminating methord, we can obtain answer
