if x=2/3 and x = -3 are the roots of equation ax2+7x+b=0,find the values of a and b

Just make two equations by putting value of x as ⅔ and -3 turn by turn. You will get two equations. By substitution method, get the values. Do it yourself. Then you will never forget.
