 =  >   \frac{ \frac{2}{3}  +  \frac{3}{2} }{ \frac{2}{3} -  \frac{3}{2}  }

 =  >  \frac{ \frac{4 + 9}{6} }{ \frac{4 - 9}{6} }

 =  >  \frac{13}{ - 5}
