if a, b, c. are in A.p. ; then
2b = a + c
so according to question
2(3x+1) = (x+2) +(4x+3)
6x + 2 = 5x +5
6x - 5x = 5 - 2
x = 3

a = x+2
d = a2–a1
= (3x+1) – (x+2)
= 3x+1–x–2
= 2x – 1
OR
d = a3–a2
= (4x+3) – (3x+1)
= 4x+3–3x–1
= x + 2
So, a2–a1 = a3–a2
=> 2x – 1 = x + 2
=> 2x – x = 1 + 2
=> x = 3

= (3x+1) – (x+2)
= 3x+1–x–2
= 2x – 1
OR
d = a3–a2
= (4x+3) – (3x+1)
