If x^2+4x-1=0 and x is positive then find the value of -
i) x+1/x
ii) x^2+1/x^2

so,

x =   \frac{ - b + or -  \sqrt{ {b }^{2} - 4ac } }{2a}

here b= 4, a=1, c= -1, so

X= solve for x and substitute in i) and ii)
