Step-by-step explanation:

p(x)= 2x^2-5x^2+ax+b

let x=2

p(2)=2×2^2 -5×2^2+a×2+b

0=. 8-20+2a+b

0= -12 +2a+b

12= 2a+b------1

p(x)= 2x^2-5x^2+ax+b

let x= 0

p(0)= 2× 0^2 -5× 0^2+a×0 +b

0= 0-0+0+b

0= b--------2

by 1 and 2 we have b=0 so,,

12 = 2a+b

12 = 2a+0

12 = 2a

12/2 = a

6= a

so now .... a = 6

b= 0

thank you hope it helps
