put x= -2 in eq 1
(-2)^3+ 10(-2)^2+m(-2)+n
-8+40-2m+n
32-2m+n
-2m+n= -32...............eq (2)
put x= -1 in eq 1
(-1)^3+ 10(-1)^2+m(-1)+n
-1+10-m+n
9-m+n
-m+n=-9...................eq(3)
subtracting eq 2 from 3
-m+n=-9
-2m+n= -32

put this value in eq 3
-23+n=-9
n= -9+23
n= 14
