Step-by-step explanation:

x= 2 and x= 3

equation 1 . x=2

3(2) ^2-2a(2) +2(b) =0

12-4a+2b=0

equation 2. x=3

3(3) ^2-2a(3) +2(b) =0

27-6a+2b=0

subtract equation 2from 1

12-4a+2b -(27-6a-2b)

-15+2a =0

a=15/2=7.5

put the value of a in equation 1

12-4(7.5)+2(b)=0

12-30+2b=0

-18+2b=0

2b=18

b=18/2

b=9

so, a=7.5 and b=9
