Step-by-step explanation:

given equation

3x2+2px+2q=0

(put the value of x=2)

3x4+2px2+2q=0

12+4p+2q=0

4p+2q=-12----------------(1)

3x2+2px+2q=0

(put the value of x=3)

3x9+2px3+2q=0

27+6p+2q=0

6p+2q=-27-------------(2)

4p+2q=-6------(1)

6p+2q=-27------(2)

equation first and second solve it

-2p=19

p=-19/2

put the value of equation in first

4x(-19/2/+2q=-6

2x(-19) +2q=-6

-38+2q=-6

2q=-6+38

2q=32

q=32/2

q=16

the value of p=-19/2 and q=16

that is correct answer.

all the best.
