If x = 2 and y = -1 is a solution of equation kx + 2y = 11, than what is the value of k?​

11y + 22 = 33y - 11

11y + 22 = 33y - 11

+ 11 = 33y + 11

11y + 33 = 33y

11y + 33 = 33y

-11y + 33 = -11y

33 = 22y

33 divided by 22 = y
